Happy Friday! Last week flew by so quickly that I completely forgot about Friday and the blog post I owed to you all — but here I am now, with another wonderful 5 things!
1. The DM Collection
I absolutely love these fantastic renditions of basic bugs and animals. They are so pretty and delicate and they come on quite a few products that would make great gifts!
2. The Clever Clove on Etsy
I’ve purchased multiple things from The Clever Clove on Etsy, and everything has been of the highest quality. Heidi’s designs represent all things sweet and hygge, with a nice dash of inspiration from Narnia. She’s my go-to for sweet Etsy gifts.
3. These pictures of happy Tom Hardy in a shirt with a bee on it
4. This Kate Spade lunchbox
Somebody convince me I don’t need to spend $30 on a lunchbox.
5. The Someone Knows Something Podcast
In this immaculately produced podcast, David Ridgen pursues answers in long-abandoned cold cases by connecting with victim’s families and examining old evidence. David is both analytical and deeply empathetic, and he seems to make people feel heard in ways they either never did or haven’t been in years. The first season takes place near his hometown in Ontario, Canada, in a rural town where a young boy went missing. The connection he makes with the boy’s family frequently brought me to tears. If you have any interest in cold cases and unsolved mysteries, this is a must listen, but people who enjoy human interest stories might try it too, because it is a beautiful portrait of grief, hope, and loss.
Wishing you all lovely weekends! Take care of yourselves!
